CFTC Meeting on Self Certification of Novel Products

Market Risk Advisory Committee (MRAC) announced it will hold a public meeting on January 31, 2018 at the CFTC's Washington, DC headquarters. The MRAC will discuss the statutory and regulatory process for the listing of new and novel products on CFTC-regulated designated contract markets (DCMs) and swap execution facilities (SEFs) through self-certification.
